The "Pennington By The Sea" is an oceanfront property located in beautiful Lavallette, NJ. The Pennington is situated on the back of a double lot sporting views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Barnegat Bay, and boasts as having one of the largest private-home beaches in town. Recent work brought all new wiring and plumbing to the home during a complete basement-to-attic renovation. The renovation also included adding central heating and cooling, all new furniture, and a two-car garage.

The house has four floors of living space. Its seven bedrooms can comfortably sleep 17 family members! The house also includes 2½ baths plus an outdoor shower, a designer kitchen on the main floor, a guest kitchen on the second floor and a gas fireplace in the living/dining area on the main floor.

For convenience, The Pennington offers 3 televisions with VCR and DVD players, as well as broadband Internet access. We are very happy to be able to provide our tenants with the ability to use the Internet wirelessly while sitting comfortably on the deck or out on the beach, or anywhere inside the house.

History

The property was purchased in 1973 when Lavallette still hadn't become quite the summer destination it now is. The town also had a much smaller permanent population.
